The owners were very available, the pool was great, and the place was quiet; all the appliances were there, and we could even shower outside with hot water; everything was very clean, and we thank the owners for their courtesy.

Una location davvero affascinante a pochi passi dal centro di Marzamemi e a minuti d'auto daibellissimi arenili di San Lorenzo. Offre un ottima privacy e la zona è tranquillaal di fuori del traffico cittadino. La posizione leggermente elevata offre un panorama unico. La piscina è curata, con un confortante gazebo e comodi lettini oltre a doccia calda. La struttura offre la possibilità di organizzare eventi privat/festei sia all'aperto che in un funzionale salone. Difficile trovare difetti, sebbene in una struttura 'giovane' qualcosa si può sempre migliorare. I proprietari/gestori sono disponibili ad offrire ogni tipo di assistenza. Consiglio di segnalare le proprie esigenze relative alla colazione, essendo operative allo stato attuale solo 3 unità abitative è impensabile fornire un servizio sovradimensionato che genererebbe inutili sprechi

The period-appropriate floors and super comfortable apartment doors were kept, and the unit even has a jacuzzi; the external pool is stunning, and the garden is impeccably cared for; the owners are very kind and ready for any eventuality. I had to leave 😢.

We were welcomed warmly from the moment we arrived. Salvator is an exceptional host, always eager to share and make his guests feel at ease. The estate is kept to perfection and you feel instantly comfortable. It’s the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in a fabulous, historically rich setting. We recommend it without hesitation. Nothing, except that we didn’t stay longer…

I can’t describe how nice the host was. He always surprised us with small snacks, wine, and even dinner. It was calm and the old wine yard was super kid‑friendly. The only downside is that a car is required.
