“Muy bueno.”
The staff were amazing and the food was delicious, but the internet was so slow it almost vanished, and I didn't like that the room had no TV, which caused some frustration. Also, the two fans made it hard to sleep.

The hotel looks nice when you arrive, but there's barely any staff—just two young people at the restaurant hand you the key and can't explain why there's no TV. Hot water takes a long time, the bathroom is dirty with hair in the sink and shower, and given the local rates I expected better.

Clean enough, but it's not close to the caves and far from town, so it's only convenient if you have a car; shuttle buses are sparse. The restaurant doesn't open every day, and the roof door kept banging all night, keeping me awake.

Near the caves and the local bar right next door, but plain and unfriendly. The owner wasn't very honest; she offered us an upgrade that cost 200 pesos, which was okay. Later at the bar we drank two beers and tried to settle the bill. I paid 500 pesos and got 100 back. In the evening I saw the menu listing a beer for 40 pesos, but we only paid 20 pesos—about 1 €, a small amount but it left a sour taste. We wouldn't go back.

The people were friendly, but the surroundings were dark.
