The location was good and the service was good, but the pool area only had a few chairs, not enough for a hotel of this size. Only one elevator worked and it moved like a snail, which was especially annoying when the humidity was at its peak and we were traveling with kids.

The hotel is relatively small, so you don’t have to walk far. The food is excellent, and the staff are all highly trained and capable of providing top‑level service. We have no words to thank César, the manager, for everything he did to make our stay flawless—thank you.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are friendly. The buffet offers a wide variety of foods, and the oriental restaurant delivers exceptional quality and service. However, the drinks were of poor quality, with artificial fruit juices, and the seafood restaurant had issues with under‑served and poorly cooked dishes.

Everything was fine, except the Wi‑Fi in the room was of very poor quality.

Cleanliness, service, food and comfort were all good, but the hotel is older, so you can see the years, although it is well maintained.
