The breakfast was perfect, the service excellent, and the location practical… all the areas are great. The chalets have a wonderful structure. No faults.

“Não atende as expectativas”

The lodge’s gardening is well kept and somewhat masks the lodge’s décor, which is a plus, believe me. When I returned from a tour, I was unfortunately surprised to find my room not cleaned. When I asked the lodge manager, I was told I should have requested cleaning beforehand, yet I was never informed about that at check‑in or at any point; the lodge should have explained the procedures. The rooms lack basic items such as glasses, hangers, a bedside light stand, etc.

“Atenção e carinho de toda a equipe!”

The team was always very attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with many fruits, breads, cheeses, and assorted cakes. On one day we needed coffee a bit earlier because of a tour, and they were super kind. The room was spacious, with a nice, warm shower, and the view from our room was pretty nice.

A spacious room that was super comfortable, staff incredibly friendly, and breakfast absolutely delicious.

“Paz e contemplação da natureza na Canastra”

The breakfast was very good and the afternoon coffee treat was nice. The location was perfect for us and the staff were attentive, but the Wi‑Fi kept fluctuating and I missed a light over the bathroom sink.
