We had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the super helpful travel concierge who made it easy for us to get to the North slope scenic area and ski fields. The short walk to the entrance and VIP passes were a game-changer, saving us time and hassle. We loved relaxing in the hot springs and enjoying the hot buffet dinner, especially after a long day in the cold. We're already looking forward to coming back when we visit Changbaishan again!

This place was a total paradise - the hot springs and 25m swimming pool were amazing. The breakfast buffet was top-class and the Chinese restaurant had that special something, with super attentive staff to boot.

This resort is a great base for exploring Changbai mountain, with a shuttle to the high-speed train station and easy access to Tianchi lake. The hotel has a lot to offer, including two restaurants, a hot spring, and a petting zoo with deer, rabbits, and dogs. However, keep in mind that there are limited dining options outside the hotel, so you may need to dine in or travel a bit. Some people might also feel uneasy about the animals being kept in an enclosed space.
