The front‑desk gentlemen were extremely courteous and helpful!

The location fit my needs, but the hallways were dark and depressing, the toilet seat was rickety, there was a lot of noise at night, and the desk staff were unfriendly.

The night receptionist was friendly, but the daytime staff were not at all pleasant; my wife said hi and got no response, as if he didn’t want to work there at all. We were told scrambled eggs would be there, but there weren’t any, and the orange juice was so watered down.
