The room was clean and tidy. The large TV was satisfying. The steamer made my clothes comfortable when I checked out, which boosted my satisfaction. The massage chair’s performance was weak and wasted space; replacing it with a high‑performance chair or a premium recliner would improve satisfaction. I’d also like a decaf coffee machine or an optional coffee machine for more satisfaction. (Additional wish)

None and zero. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable. Several hotel staff were inside my occupied room even though I hadn’t asked for housekeeping. They seemed to be resting and socializing, raising serious privacy and security concerns. When I reported it, the front desk/manager responded dismissively and unprofessionally instead of apologizing or fixing it. The room was left poorly maintained afterward. Because of the inappropriate staff behavior, poor management response, and lack of guest security, I felt unsafe and left early even though I still had nights left on my reservation.

The room was very comfortable and fully modern. On each floor’s lobby there were micro‑gal and coffee machines. Nothing else.

The staff were friendly and the room space was good. The only thing missing is a place to hang towels.

A four‑person room with two double beds and a spacious table made the interior feel roomy and comfortable; the new construction kept everything spotless, leaving a good impression. However, the heating in winter left the air dry and caused condensation.
