The location was great, but I didn’t think we should have to pay for parking. For the price of the room, a continental breakfast should have been included. I told the front desk we were celebrating my mother’s 90th birthday, and a complimentary bottle of wine or something in the room to commemorate would have been nice.

The whole hotel is immaculate. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location is perfect—close to restaurants and shops. As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe.

Everything was perfect, especially the staff, and Karen at the front desk was outstanding. The room, however, lacked storage space.
