Centrality, quietness, value, room attention. It would be great if the automatic light could stay on longer in the bathroom. Small detail

The price is good, the location is great, and the neighborhood feels safe.

The rooms are cleaned every day and stay clean, the staff are friendly, the location is good, and the value for money is excellent. The fridge runs like crazy—thermostat set to the lowest setting.

The aircondition was not functioning and the staff kept saying it is functioning as if there is no more gas in the aircondition so it could not cool the room they insisted at 10 am checking out desppite my arrival was after 21:00 i asked to use the toilet when i came to pick the lugage at 2:00 they denied they have a toilet and i had to go to the airport without using a toilet. He insists on paying att the hotel and he counts the lek for a price more than the market so what i paid much more than the price announced despite i put my card number when i reserved they must announce that it is the cash price

Everything was outstanding: the staff, the location, the room price, and the vibe. It felt like a real slice of Tirana but in a quiet neighbourhood. The centre is close, with great bars and restaurants literally next door. I highly recommend it, though I had to leave.
