I was initially misled by the hotel's location, as it turned out to be non-existent at the address provided. The shared contact number was also incorrect, which made it difficult for me to get in touch with the hotel staff. Despite this, I was able to find an alternative accommodation nearby. However, the experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
Unfortunately, I had to request a refund for my booking due to unforeseen circumstances. I was unable to stay at the hotel as planned, and I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed. Despite the inconvenience, I appreciate the hotel's efforts to resolve the issue. I hope to have a smoother experience in the future.
