The location was good and the staff were great, but the air‑conditioner didn’t work; even after staff reset it multiple times and used a fan, the room stayed hot and muggy, making the nights uncomfortable; the shower pressure was nonexistent, and the water temperature was barely hot.

I love the room, but there’s no microwave, so I can’t heat food.

The place was clean, the staff were lovely, and the location worked perfectly for our plans; breakfast was solid and we were within walking distance of a few restaurants, fast‑food spots, and Woolworths. However, the room’s air‑conditioning wouldn’t lower the temperature, and there was no way to let in fresh air, so it stayed stuffy and warm, while the deodoriser in the foyer was far too strong.
