The spot was ideal, just a stone’s throw from the pier and the main attractions, but the breakfast system was by order rather than buffet, and a room for three didn’t include a breakfast for all three guests. I hope they change that.

Everything was perfect: the room was spotless, the staff were super attentive and friendly, especially Brandon, Keila, and Pedro who chatted a lot about Mexican culture, and the hotel’s restaurant was great and convenient, offering a fantastic breakfast and the dinner we ordered.

Everyone was very attentive—valet parking, reception, and the restaurant were all good, though the buffet was a bit disorganized and the space inside was too small for more tables.
