The room was spacious and the breakfast was tasty.

The room was huge and spotless, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was abundant and varied. The spa was beautiful, featuring a sauna, Turkish bath, pool, hamam, and gym, all split into a women‑only section and a mixed section. The price, however, was higher than the average of other hotels.

The staff behaved below 5‑star standards and ruined the rest of my stay. The wellness center was old, the staff were not friendly, and they failed to give accurate information. I had a very bad experience at this hotel and will never return, even though the management reached out to me afterwards.
