Parking was plenty, rooms and linens were spotless, but the breakfast fell short of what most motels in this class offer.

The room was clean and cozy, but it was so dark that there wasn’t enough light.

The staff were friendly and the place stayed fairly clean, and the bed was super comfy. However, the room we got wasn’t the deluxe king with a spa bath we had paid for; someone else had used it and we ended up with a regular king. The bathtub’s drain plug was busted, so I had to jam a rag into it to keep water from draining while I showered, which was a real disappointment because we were heading out camping the next day. The room phone didn’t work, forcing us to call corporate for the front‑desk number. Breakfast was pretty bland and thin on the options—nothing spectacular, but not awful either. You get what you pay for, I guess.

“We were only one night and was good.”

Breakfast and the location were great, and I’d definitely stay again. Everything else was also very good.
