We loved the room, the warm welcome from Mr. Antônio, the close location, everything was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent, though the shower took a while to heat up.

Café da manhã é bom, com variedades mas esgota ítens; pode não atender todos os hóspedes. O atendimento é excelente. Não se trata de não gostar mas sugestões para melhorias. Piscinas mais limpinhas e jacuzzi funcionando; mais espreguiçadeiras pois as poucas que têm são monopolizadas pelos hóspedes que deixam o local da piscina e guardam seus pertences nas mesmas impedindo que outros também possam usufruir

For the price it’s okay, especially if you have a car; it’s 10 min from the city centre and the parks. There’s nothing nearby that can be done on foot (tip for those without a car). The staff were friendly. Breakfast offered many options, but over our 4‑day stay the menu stayed the same each day, everything fresh. Our room had no hot water in the shower; it took an hour to return, so we took cold showers to avoid delaying our evening plans. The fridge wasn’t working and had to be replaced. The double bed mattress needed urgent replacement, it had broken springs and you sink into it. On the first day they only gave us one blanket, no sheet to cover; we asked the night‑time reception staff and they gave us elastic‑sleeve sheets.
