For us, that we travel for more than 16 years around the Alps and looking for beautiful and welcoming locations, this one was one of the worst that we found. Imagine that we paid for 3 nights and preffered to leave and loose the money than to remain there. The layout of all facilities is bad designed. Although is a big hotel, there are many facilities (sauna, pools) without a nice feeling. So I never recommend. If you want something special try Chalet Mirabell because is near, Hotel Lefay or Hotel Quelle Natur & Spa, which are all in South Tirol

A dream‑like, gorgeous hotel in Passeiertal 🥹☀️🌅 Fantastic rooms with uninterrupted mountain views… a whirlpool in the room… (room 822) sooooo quiet… And the incredibly tasty food, the huge wellness area, the always lovely staff, the comfortable underground parking… The instant proximity to the cities Merano, Bolzano, Brixen and the well‑known mountain passes 😎 100 % recommended 💯 You’d want to stay forever 😍😍😍 Everything was perfect 🤩

Services, hospitality, cleanliness, spa, dinner and breakfast. All at the highest level. Few facilities reach the maximum level across the board like this.

I loved the atmosphere and wellness options here, and the food was really good too. However, the place is a bit of a maze with long walks between areas, which was a bit of a pain. Also, when I arrived, the staff seemed surprised that I'd already paid for my booking, and the 2-euro coin machine on the driving range was super annoying.
