The welcome and equipment were impeccable, the guest room was beautiful, and the services were excellent at every level; the location was perfect for exploring the area, so I recommend it.

The hotel’s location is great, with a pleasant garden and swimming pool—though dry because of the season. The room was very spacious and had air conditioning to beat the heat wave. The host’s partner was smiling and welcoming. The overall cleanliness of the room could be better; the bathroom shower is old and the showerhead has limescale, there was no shower carpet, and we only received one towel per person. A car shelter would be useful since the parking lacks shade. A more present host during breakfast would be appreciated. Luckily we had air conditioning; without it, as other guests noted, sleeping during hot summer nights would be hard because the Chambres d´Hôtes is right next to the railway and opening the windows is not an option.

The welcome was warm, the décor was refined, the breakfast was high quality, and it was a pleasure to chat.
