A truly special place – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at ElingUbud and would return anytime. The property sits a bit outside Ubud, right in the green and surrounded by rice fields, making it wonderfully quiet and relaxed while still being close to Ubud and many sights and waterfalls. That combination was perfect for us. Our bungalow was beautiful, with a small private veranda and two chairs. Everything was incredibly clean and lovingly furnished. The bed was very cozy, the air‑conditioning worked great, and everything else needed was present and even more. Fresh towels and linens, shampoo and soap, even toothbrushes, plenty of space for clothes, and a desk… The huge bathroom with a small terrace area especially impressed us. The whole property is gorgeous. The garden is incredibly green and well‑kept, and the pool is by far one of the cleanest we’ve seen in Bali. The atmosphere is simply dreamy, especially at night when it’s wonderfully quiet. There was also a sweet, affectionate cat. Breakfast was also very tasty. We usually had scrambled eggs with butter toast and fresh fruit, but there were also other options like Nasi Goreng or Mie Goreng. What really made this place special for us was the incredible hospitality of the family. It’s obvious this is a lovingly run family business. We were received with immense warmth and felt welcome and comfortable from the start. The family was so attentive, helpful, and heartfelt, something we rarely experience. Everything was super!
