The location is superb, yet there is only one elevator, the corridor lighting is weak, the bathroom leaks from the toilet and the noise is disturbing because it’s inside the bedroom, the pool needs cleaning, and the massage rooms are dirty and almost abandoned.
It’s a failure; they tell you you’ll pay more than the amount you actually pay, so double‑check the tax—they’ll charge you when you leave.
Nothing positive, everything negative.
The only advantage of this hotel is its location. The front‑desk service was extremely poor, unhelpful, and the staff member was uncooperative and disrespectful. The pillows were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t functioning properly, and there was no tissue paper.
