The staff were friendly and pleasant, the room was very clean, and the facilities were clean and functional.

They handed me a complimentary bottle of water. The door lock uses a code: you enter it, the door unlocks, and then it locks again a few seconds later. There is no way to lock the door from inside, so anyone can enter the code and get in. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe. People knocked on my door at midnight and again around 1 a.m., and I was scared and couldn’t sleep. Also, the place was not clean; the shower had hairs that weren’t mine.

The room and shower area were clean. The self‑check‑in process was a bit complex, but the PDF they sent made it understandable, so it worked fine. I was glad the communication with the host went smoothly. The hair dryer was broken, and self‑check‑in might be tough for people who aren’t used to it.

The rooms look very outdated and could use a refurbishment. My shower had mold, the hair dryer was broken, and the toilet bowl had marks.
