“Preiswert gepflegt, ideal für die Gegend”

The rooms were well kept and classic, with newly renovated bathrooms, making it ideal for a stay in and around Velden am Wörthersee; the staff were friendly, the kitchen good, and breakfast great. There was nothing to complain about. I’ll come back.

Breakfast had everything I wanted: pastries, bread, etc. Everything was exactly as I had requested.

“Ужасное место , не рекомендую”

The place was awful, old and cold – but on a few positive points: the room had a new toilet and shower cabin, a balcony, a kettle, and a convenient location. It was the worst hotel I’ve been to in Austria! The room felt like a basement, so I had to complain at reception; they brought a blanket but didn’t solve the problem. After a walk, the radiators miraculously warmed up. There was zero soundproofing; you could hear a neighbour flushing, all corridor conversations, and the thin door. The building was very old, with a stale old‑building smell. The staff cut corners everywhere. Breakfast was scanty, cold, had nothing hot, the coffee was an odd colour and tasteless. For 85 € a night I was ripped off. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

“Sehr gute Lage”

An older inn that rents rooms and apparently only serves food to hotel guests. The location is excellent, just a 5‑minute walk to Wörthersee. Parking is also plenty, and about 200 m away there’s an e‑charging station. The staff and owners are very friendly and nice. I booked a single room, which was simple but very clean, had a balcony, and was large enough. Everything fit my needs. Dinner tasted very good. Breakfast buffet was also fine.
