“Needs a lot of improvement for sure!”

Bathroom big. No housekeeping had to get your own towels and bring down your dirty ones back down. Wifi does not connect and cannot connect it to the TV either, shower curtain would not stay closed due to the curtain bar was bent down, hot tub didnt work to get hot jets barely worked pool and hot tub were dirty and murky looking. When requested and extra blanket for pull out sofa bed accidently brought it back down when we checked out and gave it to the receptionist and she told my son he needed to fold it back up.makes you think.are they even washing the stuff? Beds are super hard and hurt your back but that may just be per preference. Breakfast was not bad. We stayed 3 nights

“A room review”

I loved the location & the staff. It was easily accessible to anything needed. It was the room that was off. I did not complain because I simply didn't want to change rooms. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken, and the telephone was not usable to call the front desk. There was no shampoo in the shower. There was not enough trash cans in the room. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Not to mention, there is no ice machine on the second floor. The hot tub was anything but hot

Good location, quiet, safe. Close to alot of food options and shopping. Nothing of note

“Pretty horrible”

Genuinely nothing. Upon arrival both rooms I had reserved had dirty bedding with visible stains on them, one room had a needle and thread sticking out of the wall, both rooms did not smell like they were cleaned, switched rooms to just another dirty room with dirty bedding, switched rooms again to finally get clean bedding in one room but not in the other so requested new bedding. Later that evening I was unpacking when a large cockroach scurried across the floor. We killed it and brought it to the front desk where she didn’t seem to care just said the manager would call us when he gets in. Never received a call
