Everyone on the staff was friendly, and the grounds looked beautiful. I liked that there was a quiet pool and an adult/kid pool. I didn’t realize how many young kids under six were around, and it got pretty noisy at times, especially when I was in the lounge with a cocktail. A crying kid was not great.

The resort was great overall! The staff was very nice and responsive. Their main restaurant, Amaya, served a tasty breakfast. The landscaping was beautiful and there were plenty of activities for everyone. We ordered room service and the chocolate strawberries and charcuterie board were great! Later, for dinner, we had salmon and a smash burger; the salmon was very salty and the burger wasn’t cooked well. I’d still recommend going to the restaurant for dining. We also ran into an issue with the wine opener they gave us, but they immediately sent someone to replace it and stayed to open the bottle for us. 😊
