The location was great for the event I had at Farmasi Arena, but the room wasn’t cleaned every day.

The location made it easy to go to and from the event, and I also liked the breakfast and the restaurant, but the bed was small and the mattress was very soft.

The spa was good, the breakfast options were nice, check‑in and check‑out were quick, and the free shuttle was handy for mobility restrictions during Rock in Rio, yet the common areas and the room were not clean, the pool and other facilities had too limited operating hours, and overall it fell short of what you’d expect from a four‑star hotel.

The room was reasonable, the bathroom cleaning was poor, the breakfast was bad, staff were generally friendly, but the housekeepers seemed like a few close friends, and room service was slow. The gym was ridiculous, the equipment was old and broken, there were insects on the floor, a live worm in the gym photo, and it was tiny, without towels, and the equipment was old.
