The desk and food court staff were friendly, but I never got any housekeeping service and the bed was never made.

“Disappointing and frustrating”

Pool was being remodeled along with the whole hotel. Note they didnt say anything when I made reservation whole reason I booked there was the pool. Then when I made it to the desk and they told me during check in I asked to cancel, refused to refund me so me plus 3 kids 13, 8, 4 with absolutely nothing to do. Construction equipment throughout the whole hotel laying around. Our door 2 our room would open without a key.u could litterally walk right in., fridge didnt work asked for 1 that did they said there was no more available.the only good thing about the hotel was the employee at breakfast she was great kept it stocked up and was genuinely a happy person to see and talk to

I booked thru booking .com 😔 and they confirmation never came thru so I paid at the hotel and now the ppl didn't refund me so I paid twice for one Stay. The pool out of order

“Terrible stay. None of the amenities were available. Entire building was a construction zone.”

The staff was friendly and the location was good. The property was under construction. Which we weren’t notified of, it advertises a pool but it’s closed which we wouldn’t have booked if we knew. The entire floor we stayed on(2nd) under construction. Pieces of the walls all over, signs laying around on the ground. It was unsafe to have children there. But again we didn’t know. If we knew it was under construction we would not have booked. But we couldn’t afford to pay for cancellation and get another hotel
