The hotel is fantastic, especially Ahmed Shebl and Ahmed Abdullah who are incredibly friendly, and the animator for Arabic music is also great—thanks separately. I recommend the food service and overall service as top‑level, and I will definitely stay here again. Excellent! However, the food, service, and the friendliness of the staff were noted as areas needing improvement.

El alojamiento es como en las fotos pero lo mejor es el personal que es amable y atento en todo momento. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias al igual que todas las zonas comunes, piscinas, comedores… La comida estaba muy buena y había variedad. La playa es preciosa y las piscinas muy animadas y divertidas. Sin duda volveremos!. Nada
