The place is gorgeous, the pool is perfect, and the host is very available and responsive. I recommend it. During the week we were there it was very hot; the rooms are not equipped with AC and retain heat, so the temperature at night was very high.

The reception, the place, the pool. Thanks to Anita for her welcome and her valuable advice.

A beautiful house in a great location with the wonderful hosts Anna and Anita. It wasn’t clear from the listing that there were two buildings about 1 km apart, only the Fattoria has a pool.

Everything was clean, the beds were good, the facilities were great, and then there’s Anita. She’s Dutch (by origin) and helped us in a special way with secret tips in the area; it was really nice. It felt a bit like coming home, but in Tuscany with a truly breathtaking view. Nothing really went wrong, but the path to the apartments had a lot of holes and dips, though we had a rental car.

The place sits deep in the Tuscan countryside, offering complete peace and all the comforts you’d need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s a terrace/ garden where you can grill, and kids can play ping‑pong or shoot hoops. The only downside is the gravel road that leads to the property; it has potholes in spots, so if you’re driving a low‑slung or sports car you’ll have to be careful and go slowly.
