The room was tiny, had mold on the wall and above the bed and in the bathroom, the bathroom door couldn’t open because it hit the bed, and I had to squeeze in; loud music blasted at 7 am from the staff kitchen outside our window, and the receptionist claimed it was from the club next door that closes at 4 am. We saw kitchen staff coming in and out smoking while the music blared; when I asked for compensation they just laughed at us. It was a terrible hotel, and the room cost £100 with no breakfast.

The staff were so helpful and pleasant that they worked hard to organise breakfast perfectly, so no one waited long; all rooms were pristine, and I was really pleased with everything, with staff always available to approach; there was nothing I didn't like.
