“A mostly GOOD mixed bag”

I liked that it actually felt relaxing; most casino resorts make you feel the hustle and bustle, but this place has a good balance with no nightclub, which is fine. Waking up to the view of the woods was surreal. The food was pretty subpar compared to most casino resorts—steakhouse? Delicious, Lotus? Delicious, other options? Atrocious. The service staff was a mixed bag, from great to questioning why they’re there. I’m on the fence about gratuity built in everywhere; I’d be all for it if the staff were great all around.

The room was huge and spotless, but I was let down by the absence of a makeup mirror at the vanity, something that usually comes standard and I really missed it.

Getting to and from the place was a breeze, the rooms were immaculate, and the staff were extremely friendly, though I didn't get a chance to try many of the casino games; overall everything was fine.

There were plenty of activities to keep me busy, just a bit on the expensive side.

“Management was rude and unprofessional.”

Steak House-always a great experience and amazing food. Upon arrival at 4:30pm room was not ready, girl at desk stated she would call my cell. Never received call however noticed that others were checking in. Approached desk and was told they did not have the room I booked. Spoke to a Victor and a Darell both rude and unprofessional. They informed me that facility can change my reservation at any time. Booked two queen and was given a King making my stay extremely uncomfortable, for I was traveling with a female friend that is why I requested two queen
