It was good that it was centrally located and the staff were attentive. We stayed in a windowless room and it was a mess. There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling. The tops of the nightstands were two fingers of dust. The shared toilet was dirty and so crowded that it was impossible for a single person to fit.

The location was great and the breakfast was fairly varied. The shower worked poorly and the bathroom sink was clogged.

The hotel was great and the value for money was superb. The location was very good – about a 20‑minute walk to the Old Town, close to the metro, and right next to shops, including a Lidl. The hotel itself was very pleasant, the breakfasts were truly great, but the biggest plus was the service. The staff were very helpful, friendly and engaged – they even assisted us with matters that were not really their responsibility. The communication with the hotel from start to finish was excellent. I admit that, given the price, I had some doubts about whether there would be any hidden catch, but there was none. I can really recommend this place. We happened to have a room with a window, but we also saw rooms without windows and in my opinion they are perfectly fine. If someone is mainly traveling for sightseeing and just needs a comfortable place to sleep, a windowless room should not be a problem. I definitely recommend it!

Everything matched the description. The staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist who spoke Polish (Cecylia). We send our best regards.
