The service was excellent, but the staff was not very helpful.

The only good thing was the location; the room was filthy, the kettle didn't work, the fridge was dead, the shower was broken, and the breakfast cost 200 Lira for an omelette—just awful.

The location was great and the staff, especially receptionist Mr Metin, were very helpful, but the bed was too soft and uncomfortable.
