The room was clean, tidy and quiet, with a great spot right in front of a supermarket and a short walk to bus stops; I’d definitely come back. I ran into a snag with a PC adapter, but the nurses helped right away and I’m grateful. Overall the staff seem genuinely friendly, competent and well‑organized. They accepted my late check‑in and were very courteous with the welcome water bottle. The parquet creaks a bit, especially for the lower‑floor rooms, which adds some noise.

Checking out at 11 am was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and spoke both English and Italian. The terrace offered a fantastic view of the lake. The shower could have been more comfortable—there was no ideal, height‑adjustable holder. Two keys were a bit too many (one for the entrance and one for the room), and the room was somewhat echo‑prone.

Everything was clean, tidy, and the breakfasts were plenty; the atmosphere was fantastic! It’s close to the train, the old town, and Mirgos. All was excellent—no comments.

The location is close to amenities, the single room was clean, and the reception was warm. The semi‑autobahn noise requires you to shut the windows.
