The staff were very helpful, which was a major plus for me. However, there were several issues with the room that I wasn't happy with. The bathroom had no ventilation, which made it feel stuffy and lacking in fresh air. The lighting was also poor, and there was no reading lamp. The room was too hot and noisy, and the hotel's location right next to the highway was a major drawback. To top it all off, the breakfast options were limited and lacked variety.

I felt like I got a fair deal for the price I paid, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was also pretty and clean, with a lovely garden where I could enjoy my breakfast. However, the surrounding area was quite busy, which was a bit of a drawback.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. However, I was disappointed to find that the room didn't have air conditioning as advertised, and instead had a small fan that didn't do much to cool the space. Additionally, the breakfast options were a bit monotonous and could have used some variety.

“Comfortable stay”

I was impressed with the hotel's communication and the staff's great service. It was a great stopover on the main road to Kampala, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I also appreciated the secure parking and the nice garden. My only issue was that our key card didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal since we only stayed one night.
