The location and staff were great, and the room was comfy enough for a good night's sleep. But the kitchen and bathroom weren't very clean, and there was no AC—just a fan. Overall, decent for the price but could use a bit of sprucing up.

The spot was nice, but the bed gave me a nasty rash and the rooms were sweltering, so I couldn't sleep past 2 a.m. The price felt way too high for what you actually get. Honestly, that experience has me not wanting to go back to Costa Rica—Bali would be a better bet.
