The location was fine. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service: I had to point out to the unfriendly staff that there was no linen on my bed. The topper was dirty and had holes, so I didn’t want to sleep on it. Instead of fixing the issue quickly, the employee argued that the topper was fine. Only after insisting twice did I finally receive a linen. Breakfast wasn’t offered, nor was it mentioned on the website. Finding a breakfast spot in town at eight in the morning on short notice was also impossible.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely kind. The only downside was breakfast – instead of individual portions, a Swedish buffet would have been better. For just 40 PLN you got a few slices of cold cuts and yellow cheese, eggs or sausages, which felt a bit too little.

The location is excellent, only a 10‑minute walk to the market. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful. The parking is at the back, and you have to go around the building to get to the entrance.

Everything was like a good hotel: great conditions, central location, and professional staff. All was fine.

The receptionist was very friendly and the breakfasts were tasty. However, there were no signs indicating where the parking and reception were, and the pillows were uncomfortable.
