“Péssimo lugar”

The room was completely moldy, the shower didn’t work, the TV was just a decorative piece, and the attendants were rude and uneducated. They didn’t read my reservation correctly and I had to pay an extra 42 reais. The sheets smelled bad, there were many scratches and things dragged around, only one lamp worked, and the sound system was nothing like what was promised. The view faced residential houses and walls with no ventilation. Despite the bad experience, the staff tried to be helpful.

“Péssimo lugar”

The hot shower didn’t work, the air conditioner was leaking near the bed, the bathroom had no door, and I had to ask for a fresh set of sheets. The place felt more like a low‑budget motel with a lot of small walkways. I didn’t change rooms because I arrived at 21:00 and wanted to leave as soon as possible. I’m not recommending it, and I regret not taking photos to show how embarrassing it was.

“Gostei e retornaria outras vezes”

I had stayed there before; the staff are friendly, the room was clean, and I appreciated the privacy. The nightly rate for a single suite is similar to what I would pay at another place to stay in a hostel sharing a room and bathroom with others, so this option definitely offers good cost‑benefit value. There’s a nearby restaurant and a grocery store, which helped me buy daily necessities. The location isn’t the best, but if most of your tours are by Uber it’s still worth it. The surroundings are a bit odd, but the quick trips to the nearby grocery and restaurant are easy on foot.

“Insatisfacao”

The reception service was good. I wasn’t told about the per‑person fee for someone coming to my apartment until the second person arrived, and after I noticed that breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate, I also realized that there was no air conditioning.
