I never managed to get a room at this hotel, not even for a single night. The photos look heavily AI‑generated or old; the rooms are in a bad state, but the worst is the cleanliness—bedsheets, pillows, and rugs are dirty. The bathroom and bedroom have a strong unpleasant odor. Staff don’t speak English and couldn’t understand the situation.

It’s quite close to Malioboro street. We didn’t receive any housekeeping service during our stay, and the towel was thin and torn.

The location is close to Malioboro, with many food areas nearby, so finding a meal is easy (near the traditional market, Pasar Jambu). There’s no elevator, so getting to the upper floors is hard for older people. Parking is very limited; if you can’t park at the hotel, you’ll have to pay for public parking, which ranges from 50k to 150k per night. Hot water dispensers are only on the first floor near the reception; they should be on every floor.

The location is good, near Malioboro street, with space for drop‑off. It’s close to a convenience store and a laundry that can pick up and drop off at the hotel. The room is big. The air‑conditioner doesn’t get cold, the toilet isn’t clean, the hot shower isn’t consistent, and sometimes it’s hot and sometimes it doesn’t work.

The hotel sits in a great spot and the staff were very friendly and helpful, so it’s definitely worth the price. However, the room I got had a bathroom with no ventilation and no window, which made it damp and musty; the smell stuck in the bathroom and then spread all over the room.
