We arrived at the hotel on the 16th at 7 am after a long night of flying and were exhausted. The front desk quickly arranged an early check‑in for us; of course, it would have been even better if we had requested it in advance. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of the White House, many memorials and museums. Dining options nearby are abundant and convenient, making it very family‑friendly. Most of the hotel staff were friendly, with only a few showing a lack of courtesy.

The location is a two‑minute walk in the morning, close to the Strip Ex; the lobby is huge, modern, and quiet. The room was not ready, and when we returned we discovered a portable AC (Eliator); we asked for compensation and received a full refund for the room.

The location is perfect and the room is very comfortable, and the rooftop is a major highlight. However, there was zero communication from the staff; after our visit we tried calling and emailing but received no replies.
