Clean room. Availability of a coffee machine for breakfast. The room is a bit small.

We were close to the city center and supermarkets, and the terrace, washer, and kitchen tools were handy. The bed was too narrow and the nights weren’t the best; we had to buy a iron and toilet paper ourselves. The outdoor trash always smelled awful, so we couldn’t enjoy the lounge at the terrace because of the stench. The vacuum barely picked up anything, so we had to pick up debris by hand, and the biggest issue was that we could hear all the neighbors—every conversation, knocking, doors, and gates—so much that we woke up often. At 01:00 a.m. a neighbor even shouted loudly, which scared us.
