The room was spacious. Nothing else.

My room had no windows (I didn’t notice that when I booked on Booking, and if I had known, I wouldn’t have booked), so I had to keep the exhaust fan on in the shower to get any fresh air. The air was drawn from the corridor, which had a sewage smell for all three days I stayed. Judging by the scent of the diffuser with a strong odor in the room, this seems to be a constant issue.

Walking takes about 10–15 minutes to the Rajamangala Stadium Complex, making it perfect for sports and concert visitors. The budget room is tiny and basic, yet spotless and tidy, with a small couch, a mini‑bath, and a separate toilet. One night was more than enough. No breakfast is offered, but a 7/11, Mini Big C, and small local stalls with Thai food are just a 2‑minute walk away, staying open late. The side street is very quiet; earplugs help because walls are thin like in Thai hotels and not all neighbors are considerate (luckily we weren’t disturbed). The mattress is firm, the blanket soft, and the pillow comfortable. The older lady at reception was exceptionally friendly, though her English was limited but sufficient for check‑in and check‑out. We’ll gladly return if we attend another stadium event. The value for money is excellent. Public transport to the stadium is poor, but the Yellow Line is expected to extend from the center to the stadium.

Honestly, nothing positive to say; the beds were impossible to sleep on, and they moved me to a superior room that was wooden, the check‑in listed as 23:30 on the site actually ended at 18:00, they only cared about the deposit, and it was the worst place I’ve visited and quite a hassle to deal with.
