The staff were friendly, but parking can be a challenge if you arrive late. There’s public parking across from the hotel, but it can get busy on some days.

The location right on the Mosel is truly beautiful, and the on‑site staff were generally friendly. Breakfast was good. The building feels dated despite the lovely setting; on the fourth floor the gutters give a very worn impression. The courtyard parking and the neighboring building on Uferallee look quite run down, even though they seemed to belong to the staff’s accommodation. Service issues: especially in the afternoon you often had to chase the staff for coffee or wine. Only after repeated requests were seat cushions provided for the rather cheap and uncomfortable terrace furniture when the weather was nice. Parking and value: there are no reservable spots. Combined with the extra costs for breakfast and the tourist tax, the value for money here unfortunately falls short.
