The room was well equipped with plates, cups, a cutting board and knives, which was very convenient, but the door wouldn’t close properly and the table was too narrow.

We stayed with five adults and two children; arriving before the official check‑in time, I called to see if they could hold our luggage and they kindly agreed. The room matched the photos, had a separate bedroom and futons that let us put the kids to sleep safely. The bathroom only had a shower, which was fine for the season. Even though it’s near a bustling Chinatown, the hotel was very quiet and we didn’t hear any neighboring rooms, making us extremely satisfied. It’s a reasonably priced hotel that works well for families, and we’ll definitely return—thanks so much!

The location was great, there were plenty of futons which was a huge help, and the kitchenware was complete and handy. However, the door squeaked loudly whenever it opened or closed, making us worry that the kids might wake up at night.
