We never felt welcomed by the accommodation. No one opened the door for us and the listed address turned out to be nonexistent. We had already paid for the stay, yet we couldn’t check in and had to find another place overnight. I am requesting a refund.

They refused to let us stay despite having paid, threatened us, and would not refund the cost of the stay. We weren’t the only guests that day. The first thing we saw was dirty, the staff were a disaster, they didn’t care that we were seven people left outside for half a night, even though we had paid in advance.
