The manager and cleaning crew were friendly. The room’s air conditioner, heater, and TV worked properly. Cable TV was handy for catching up on games and scores, and the fridge, kitchenette, and microwave were perfect. Nothing else to note.

The beds were okay, but when we arrived the door keys wouldn't work and it took about 30mins to get into the rooms; the bathroom wasn’t clean, the bathtub was dirty and the shower had no pressure.

Room 111 was the best room of any of my stays, but the overall cleanliness of the bathroom and the room was lacking.

This is an honest assessment: the location is awesome and convenient, being able to smoke inside is definitely a plus, and you do have safety, privacy, and quietness. I don’t think it’s a $71 a night hotel; the pillows aren’t comfortable, there are holes and spots in the comforters, the bath cloths and towels aren’t new, and I don’t like the new way of checking in. Having to touch an unsanitized machine that everyone uses will stress you out, and there should be hand sanitizer sitting beside it.
