“Good hotel but noisy”
The price and location were good, but the central spot meant people were arriving all night, creating a lot of noise, which was unfortunate since the hotel itself was fine for a night or two.

The location was fantastic, cleanliness decent, and transport and restaurants nearby were convenient, yet the room 401 mattress was sunken, causing a back ache and making it clear improvement is needed.

The bed was comfy, and we could drop our luggage at reception before check‑in and after check‑out. The spot is great – just don’t follow Google Maps from KL Sentral station; instead walk into the mall and exit about 50 m from the hotel. The shower and faucet were only half repaired, so while they worked it wasn’t a great experience; the mesh fell out and we had to re‑insert it several times. The bed wasn’t very clean and had a lot of visible stains.

The staff were very good, and everything else was fine.

The hotel is conveniently close to the city centre and KL Sentral, making public transport a breeze, the water pressure was fine, there was an iron and a Coway water dispenser which were very handy. The only downside was that we had to keep our voices down because you could hear noise coming from the neighboring room.
