The hotel is fabulous and the location is fantastic! Nothing was wrong; everything was just perfect.

The hotel sits in a good class area in Xi’an, the room was very large and clean, and the manager Lily Gao provided good service; one of the nights the room was very warm because the system was affected by renovation, but it was okay after that night.

The property location is good, but the stay was mostly fine except for being overcharged on a deposit that was more than the actual stay amount.

The hotel is right next to the Grand Tang Night City, making it perfect for anyone exploring that area. We were very pleased with both the room and the front‑desk service, especially a young man who handled our luggage storage with a great attitude. The fridge in the room wasn’t running, which I only noticed after a day, but after contacting the front desk the staff came promptly to fix it.
