The place was in a convenient spot and the rooms were clean and adequate, but I had arranged to arrive in the middle of the night and paid for that night, yet no one was there when I arrived. They claim a 24‑hour reception but that’s not true, and breakfast was also a problem – I asked the hosts (via Google Translate) and they didn’t understand me. There are two entrances and plenty of signs, so finding the property isn’t hard, but the main entrance was locked several times when I returned, forcing me to walk around the back entrance, which takes about 10 minutes. The hosts were friendly but I couldn’t communicate because they don’t speak English, there’s no WhatsApp contact, and they ignore emails.

The hotel’s location is ideal – very close to the city’s main attractions and everything is within walking distance. The manager is very welcoming and attentive. The room was really good value: very clean, comfortable, with a modern bathroom, strong water pressure in the shower, and excellent air‑conditioning. We ended up staying an extra night, and the manager let us store our bags after we checked out so we could wander around without our stuff. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
