The spot near Yu Garden (3 min walk) and the metro 10 (5 min walk) plus bus stops at the hotel’s base made it easy to hit nearby restaurants and convenience stores, and a 24/24 laundry in the basement was a real bonus. Breakfast was hearty with plenty of choices, and the room was clean and roomy. Unfortunately, the in‑room internet and Wi‑Fi were awful, which was a shame when we needed data to plan our days.

The place is spot‑on, just a short stroll to Yu Garden metro and the Bund, with restaurants and cafés all around. Breakfast was great, offering a wide range of tasty options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful all through. A translator app helped sometimes, but it wasn’t a problem. We hit a snag with the room we had booked at check‑in, yet the hotel handled it nicely by upgrading us to a family room at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. The free laundry room on B1 was a huge plus for our trip. We’d definitely return! Nothing else to complain about.
