The reservation was unilaterally cancelled without following the booking policies and timelines, so I had to find another option and pay extra through another app.

The peace and the kindness of Ms. Ángela were wonderful. Everything was very good.

Ms. Angela provided great service, and although the lodge is a bit far from Raquira’s city center, we would stay here again.

Everything was really good: the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, Ms. Ángela was very friendly and handled us well, and overall the place is very quiet for rest; it’s about a 20‑minute drive from Raquira’s center. Nothing to add.
