During our single-night stay we liked the location because it was close to our event venue, the staff did a good job, and the TV and décor were fine, but cleanliness was lacking. The management considered our situation, and we later exchanged emails and received a room refund. However, we were missing parking info, the hotel has a social floor so the lobby is a living space, the elevator worked poorly (though it was fixed the next day), the area around the hotel (firefighters’ road with a non‑moving car) was cold, there was no housekeeping in our rooms or common areas, the floor was sticky, windows were unwashed, the mattress was dirty, the pillow had a hole, cigarette odor persisted, hair was in the sink, and there was no bedding on the bed or pillows. A deep cleaning of the rooms is essential.
The room assigned to me was filled with cigarette and burn smells; the hotel was fully booked so no change was possible, and they offered no compensation.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and overall comfortable, but the cleanliness could be much better, especially in the bathroom where, on the first day, I saw a cockroach on the shower curtain. Breakfast was very basic, which makes sense given the cheap price that already includes it.
